We, Indians, are hurt and wounded. Agonized by the terror attacks in the country, Peolple are raising their voices against terrorism.
"!!!WAR!!!", They say is the solution....... But, is our country prepared for it?
Back then in 1960 we lost a war with China. The reason was our weak defense system and impecunious facilities to our armed forces. They were fighting the war in areas like Leh-Ladakh & didn't even had proper shoes to wear.... Due to the cold bad weather their skin was so damaged & no cure was available...... Food was not provided to them for days!!!!
Soon after this war, in 1965, our dear enemy Pakistan attacked us thinking that since we had already wasted our resources in ,that, war, it would be easier for them to defeat us................
However, now , ya, the scenario is different. The facilities proffered to armed forces are quiet better now but far from the best........
After this reality check I, don't feel India is prepared for war....

we dont want war....eventhough...any pakistani dies or any indian dies......the casualitities happening..is for the human itself.....plzz stoop the war...
By refering to the 60's i meant to bring forth the status @ tht era.... and ya i hav mentiond tht the scenario has changed.... and never think tht ur enemy is weak.... But ya India lags a lot too.... even on high alert and despite havin the info. abt the various attacks if our security system culdn't prevent the attacks... its a misconception to assume tht we are prepared for war... think by takin all the factors in consideration and not just use ur aggresion!!!!

'War' at the end of the day is for 'peace'. and if peace calls for war, so be it. War becomes a necessity beyond a line...
we dont want a war wid pakistan.we jst need india to attack the borders of pakistan where all the terrorist training camps are. n if u say that v are not well prepared then v have US on are side.i hope u dont want ne more peace talks wid pakistan. Gandhi said dat if d opposition slaps u on one cheek, put forward d other....but dey have slapd us many times.
in d annual budget the majority of expenditure is on defence....if v cant protect ourself den its beter to attack. "attack is the best form of defence"

Nobdy wants war as both the countires are nuclear capable and not for one moment think that US is on our side...they are just helping thier cause by fuelling tensions between both countries and at the same time saying to both countries that we support you.So India is on its own on this one and we should pressurize pak and see what they can do and then if things not go satisfactorily then we need to take military action against the terrorist hideouts in pok and pakistan but not against pak as a whole.This distinction is very hard to make but needs to be done for a peaceful future in south asia.
War will be detrimental to the overall success of both countries . It would also be a huge strain on our economy . Btw ur what uve writen in your profile makes for interesting reading . you could make that into a blogpost
